Sri. C Rajashekhar, Senior Civil Judge & Member Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Dharwad inaugurated the occasion and appraised the importance of awareness programme as well the services rendered by the authority. Chief Guest Sri M S Thimolli, Asst. Labour Commissioner, Dharwad Division was also present and given brief information about the importance of May day as well the Labour laws with few case laws during his speech. Sri Prakash Udikeri, Senior Advocate, Dharwad given lecture on importance of May day and the history behind.

Sr. Vice President Sri Sunil Kumar Maskara of Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd., presided over the function and expressed before the authority to conduct the frequent awareness programme to update the knowledge of every employee. Arun Heblikar welcomed and compared the programme.
