Rights Issue 2010
GNMRL comes out with Rights Offer:- GNMRL, to part finance its investment programme in Group companies and its subsidiaries in Australia which are engaged in the coal & coke sector and Oil & Gas sector, comes out with a Rights Issue of 23.86 crores equity shares of Re. 1/- each at a premium of Rs.4/- per equity shares (Issue Price of Rs. 5/- per equity share) aggregating Rs. 119.33 crores.
In view of the requests received from the shareholders, it is decided to extend the date of Closure of the ongoing Rights Issue of GNMRL till closure of banking hours on Monday, 7th June 2010.
