Record Date for Bonus Share
The Board of Directors of Gujarat NRE Mineral Resources Limited at the Meeting held on 19th September 2009 have fixed Friday, 23rd October 2009 as the Record Date for ascertainment of the non-promoter shareholders who will be entitled for allotment of Bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. one equity share for every one share held.
